Sizing Guide

How Much Height Do You Need?

Class A Motorhome

Commonly 12'–13'6" tall. Plan on 14' side height and a 14' tall door to move in and out comfortably.

Fifth Wheel / Travel Trailer

Often 11'–13' tall. A 12'–14' leg height with a 12' door usually gives enough room.

Boat on a Trailer

Measure to the top of the tower or windshield with the trailer under it, then add clearance.

Length & Depth

Add several feet beyond bumper-to-bumper length so you're not inching in against the back wall.

Measure your actual vehicle at its tallest point — air conditioners, antennas, towers and roof racks all count — and give us that number. We'll build the clearance in from the start.
